First edition of Facecook contest. The partecipation is 100% free, just send your cooking video to hotelmktweb@yahoo.it; all the video will be watched from our Head Chef Baruzzi Marcello. The Chef will judged the recipes and he'll give the votation with facecook hut and a votation from 1 to 1/100.Every month the best will be post on the home page of www.hotelmkt.com. The contest will finish at 31 december 2010; the winner will have a great presents; week end kitchen stage with the Chef Baruzzi and a week end for 2 person at Hotel Bernina san Moritz.For details see the section fcook awards

Siamo alla I edizione del concorso facecook. Il concorso "assolutamente gratuito" è rivolto ad appassionati e "nuovi" professionisti che amano l'ambiente culinario. Partecipare è molto semplice, basta inviare un video(non ha importanza la qualità video, stile youtube) mentre state cucinando una ricetta sia classica che originale all'indirizzo e-mail raffaelevisintin@yahoo.it. I video verranno riprodotti sul blog con il nome dello "Fcook chef", le ricette verranno poi valutate dal famoso Chef Baruzzi Marcello. Lo stesso assegnerà le valutazioni attraverso i "facecook hut" e darà un punteggio da 1 a 100/100. Mensilmente la ricetta migliore verrà inserita nella home page del sito www.hotelmkt.com. Al termine del concorso il 31 Dicembre 2010 in base ai punteggi verranno definiti i vincitori Il premio finale sarà un fine settimana con lo Chef Baruzzi presso un suo ristorante per uno stage di due giorni dove affinare assieme a lui le vostre competenze culinarie. Oltre a questo il vincitore sarà omaggiato di un fine settimana a Saint Moritz (Samedan presso l'Hotel Bernina****) per due persone con trattamento VIP.
