More than 300 Residents of the four-storey apartment complex in Millrise hit by fire got the bad news Friay morning: they likely won't be able to move back in. Tom Sampson, director of disaster services for the city of Calgary, told a meeting of residents on Friday the initial assessment of the complex at 23 Millrise Drive is that the 159 units are not habitable because of fire or water damage.
