The beautiful Hardanger scissors were painted and given to me by dear Jenna, an embroiderer: www.jennamagee.com I also mention my Portuguese friend Tany (tanysewsandknits.blogspot.com seamstress extraordinaire, who came over to Paris in November; we chose and bought this coat fabric together. :) OOPS: I made a mistake in converting 2 mm into inches. 2mm = 1/8", not 1/4 :) I was talking of the seam allowance for the gathering stitch. :)
