One day, I'll make a skit using only people that live in the same city, so we can practice before the usual 'Friday of con' panic D: frick. Invisible or concealed zips are wonderfully easy to insert - when you know now. This type of zip has the teeth on the underside so that when sewn in place, to the seam allowance only, all that shows from the right side is a dainty zipper pull! A favourite method of Wendy Gardiner (www.isew.co.uk), she shows that by using an invisible zip foot, the insertion is easy and virtually invisible just as it should be.
