Alcione fez turnê pelos Estados Unidos apresentando-se na "Lifetime Achievement Award", na festa da nona edição do "Annual Brazilian Press" (evento que tem como objetivo a celebração da cultura e da imagem do Brasil no exterior) no Broward Center For The Performing Arts, em Fort Lauddardale, na Flórida, e ainda Hard Rock Live, em Orlando, e no Teatro Tam Boston, na cidade de Medford, em Massachussets. De volta ao Brasil, com participações especiais de Os Gênesis (dupla angolana), Jefferson Jr e César Nascimento e sua Usina de Percussão, fez o lançamento do CD/DVD "Uma Nova Paixão Ao Vivo" no Canecão, tendo ainda as participações de Marcelo D2, Leci Brandão eo ator Aílton Graça. O espetáculo teve a apresentação do poema "Aboio", por Salgado Maranhão e do texto "Samba e Futebol", por Armando Nogueira. É um honra pela como idala, te amo Marrom!

The Road to Hollywood made the first of three stops this weekend in our namesakes town for the seventh year of this Broward County pageant tradition. A matinee was in store as it was time to select the hometown titleholders for this years state pageants Saturday afternoon. It was a lively crowd awaiting the contestants at Hollywoods Performing Arts Center in this pageant crazy city. Produced by Hollywoods Jaycees the competition featured five Miss USA and three Miss Teen USA delegates competed for the two tiaras.
