No, I didn't put a telescope in a blender - I made a telescope in blender. I built the telescope several months ago but was disappointed when it didn't work at all. Then recently I was watching Venom's Lab when Pablo spoke of the IOR as "index of refraction." It clicked. I had made the lenses transparent, but failed to make them refractive. I went to Wikipedia and learned the IOR of lense glass is 1.50-1.54 and the rest is history. Sorry the telescope isn't very stylized - this is just an early test. The scene is from a currently scrapped project that I may resume if I ever get around to sorting out all the beginners mistakes I made in it. (I have learned a lot since I started it. If I were to get back into it, I would have a lot to sort out, because the blend file is a capitalized for emphasis MESS.)

blinker mod to make the corner lense blink also. much safer to other drivers and it looks cooler
