Leo Hancock Hays "peewee" is a coming 6 year old bay roan gelding. He stands 16.2 hands and weighs 1400 lb. He is gorgeous! Always the topic of conversation where ever we take him. He is so balanced and is just a beautiful mover and glides like glass over the surface. For a large horse, he is extremely light mouthed. He flexes at the pole, lateral flexion, two tracks, side passes, yields the front and hind quarters, arc/counter arcs, takes his leads, stops and backs easily. I started roping on him last spring, out of the box on the heading side and he is quiet in the box, scores, runs to and rates cattle and pulls easily from the horn. He will pull a log and you can work the roping and stripping shoots right off of him. He is ready to go to the jackpots. I have hauled him all last summer to the Cody Nite Rodeo and exposed him to bulls, lights and speakers in the rodeo arena. He is used to all of the sounds and sights of rodeo. I thoroughly enjoy riding him out on the range, gathering cattle, crossing ditches, rivers and creeks and going through brush. If I didn't have too many horses that I have personally raised, I would never sell this horse. He is definitely unique! He sells sound and sane.
