During my Pediophobia therapy I was asked to create something for my doll. So I did this video on things you can create even if you do or do not know how to sew. I teach English as a second language so my ideas might appear a little weird explained... but that's how I do it :) My students loved the video and did some clothing themselves! My sewing machine is broken so I used craft glue in my creations. I will be taking some sewing lessons soon :) Thanks for watching!

LIFE LESSONS Kids LOVE responsibility Andif you do it in a fun loving way kids will feel so rewarded for there efforts. I have always taught my kids at a young age how to put gas in the car. This gives them responsibility for the car and also it helps them keep the family car in GREAT shape. It also teaches them Math. How many galloons we put in the car, how much it cost. Andfor the older kids its great math skills to learn how many miles per galloon. How great is that?? Kids have the ability to learn at a young ageteach them how to cook. How to do laundry..YES, even at the age of 3. It is also lots of fun!!!! These skills will greatly help them when they are older. They will feel confident and successful in all areas of there life. Take the time to teachtake the time to lovedo NOT make all the decisions in life for them. Let them have some of that responsibility. In this process they will also learn consequences to there actions. This is a great learning tool. Of course there will be decisions you need to make for them but in general start giving them these opportunities in life. When they are adults it wont be as stressful and they will be confident to know how to make a correct choice. Find fun ways to teach your kids. Sewing a button on, how to make a bed, how to style there own hair. By age 8 they should be doing this on there own. What about getting dressed..Let them pick out there own clothes. I never pick out my kids clothes. This is there decision.. When you go ...
