End of the day friday after all the forms have been removed from the sides ..The forms on the bottom are still attached and you can see were the masons are getting ready to start plastering.. They are going to wait on the back of the Cap until all the tie backs thats are not yet attached are attached and tightened and they will not plaster the back side until all tie backs have been checked for tension and adjusted if need be because when they are pulled back to put tension on the wall to ensure that the tie back cables are at the required tension and they never move Nelson said he will plaster around the tie rods to satisfy some idiots request That THATS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE DONE !!!!!!!
